Adaptive Report Writer

ABAS-3 form

Enter scores once · graph and report from the same data

You — the trained professional — stay in the driver's seat. We believe interpretation belongs with the qualified human evaluator, not a machine. This tool deliberately does not interpret: it organizes scores and handles the time-consuming parts of report writing that don't require clinical training, so your expertise goes where it matters. Enter each score once and it populates your narrative, graphs, and tables automatically, freeing your time to interpret the findings and explain them to students, families, and teams. Everything runs in your browser — your data stays entirely under your control, and no scores are stored or sent anywhere. Ranges, percentiles, and descriptive labels are derived directly from the values you enter; clinical interpretation, eligibility decisions, and integration of findings remain yours.

⚠️ Beta: Paste-and-parse is experimental and may misread some score formats. Review what lands in the table below — and if anything’s off, you can always enter or fix scores manually in the table.

One card per rater. Paste each rater's full ABAS score block (composite table + skill-area table) into their box — the primary rater feeds the report tables, added raters plot alongside. Empty boxes are skipped.

Strengths, weaknesses & significant differences

Set these manually from your score report. Leave blank if not applicable — the tool records your designation, it does not compute it.

Common questions

How do I graph ABAS-3 scores?

Choose the ABAS-3 form at the top of this page, paste or enter the scores, and open Graphs and Tables. The GAC, domains, and skill areas are plotted with descriptive ranges and percentiles. No account is needed.

Is there an ABAS-3 report template?

Yes. The report writer drafts the adaptive behavior section from the scores you entered, including narrative text, score tables, and graphs, and exports to Word. Report writing is $50/year for all five writers.

Can I compare parent and teacher ratings?

Yes. Add each rater and their scores appear on the same graph, each with its own marker.

Does the tool interpret scores or decide eligibility?

No. It organizes and graphs the scores you enter. Interpretation and eligibility decisions stay with the evaluator and team.

Is student data stored?

No. Everything runs in your browser, and no scores are stored or sent anywhere.
